Promoting Healthy Awareness of the Body (PHAB): A student-led group that raises awareness and educated the campus community about eating disorders and body image issues while promoting active living, self-acceptance, self-respect and appreciation of size diversity.
Job Description: The PHAB Coordinator is responsible for organizing and leading a group of students who are interested in educating the campus and raising awareness around issues related to body image, disordered eating and sexism through programming and public awareness campaigns. The PHAB Coordinator would be expected to be knowledgeable and passionate about these issues, feel comfortable leading a team and take supervision well. The PHAB Coordinator will work approximately 4 hours/week, at $8.25 an hour.
