Come to Mather Dining Hall this Thursday, March 7th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to participate in ACES 21st Annual Auction for Charity. Items to bid on include: employee parking passes, gift certificates to over 20 Hartford-area restaurants, private concerts from the Accidentals, Quirks, and Trinitones, Chartwells Dining Dollars, memberships to Real Art Ways and the Greater Hartford Arts Council, dinners with Trinity luminaries, Trinity apparel and much more more!!!
All proceeds will go to My Sister’s Place, a safe haven for women and children who are suddenly forced into the streets due to domestic violence, eviction, unemployment or mental illness. Through guidance and empowerment, My Sisters’ Place helps those who slip into homelessness transition to a future of self-reliance and permanent, safe housing.
CASH, CHECK , AND BANTAM BUCKS ACCEPTED. Checks can be made payable to the Trustees of Trinity College. If possible, please bring money to the event. Items can be picked up and paid for up until a week after the event in the Office of Community Service and Civic Engagement (Mather basement, next to the bookstore).
