Keeping your life insurance beneficiary designation current is an often overlooked part of your group life insurance benefit. 
 
If beneficiary information is not updated, it may lead to issues when a claim needs to be submitted.  In order to make updating your beneficiary easier, you can now do this through PeopleSoft Employee Self-Service.  It is a simple task to update your beneficiary(ies), and you can do it any time at all and from on or off campus. 
 
Please read the attached document and follow the directions to update your beneficiary(ies).  The online designations you make will supersede any paper designations that are in your file.
 
You can access PeopleSoft as follows:
Faculty members log into PeopleSoft using the TCOnline system.
Staff members log onto https://ps9.trincoll.edu.
 
If you need to change your beneficiary for the Trinity College 403(b) Retirement Plan, please visit www.tiaa-cref.org or call 1-800-842-2776.
