Re: Higher Ed EAP Benefit
We are pleased to announce that Trinity has engaged Higher Ed EAP to provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, effective March 1, 2013.
By now, you are probably aware of the many free and confidential services offered by an EAP, such as work/life counseling services, wellness, parental resources, referrals to professional services such as attorneys, and lifestyle benefits that are available to you and members of your household. In addition to these valuable benefits, with Higher Ed EAP, you will also have access to many more resources and tools that are specifically geared toward higher education. We're excited about these expanded resources available at www.HigherEdEAP.com which include:
- Classroom Management and Teaching Resources
- Social Media for Higher Ed
- Campus Issues: Risk Management and Prevention
- Student Problems and Issues
- Grants, Fellowships, and Awards
- Tech Tools for Higher Ed
Other enhanced resources that are not specific to higher education include:
- Caregiver Resources
- Personal Development and Training
- Pet Info
- Financial Planning, including tuition, debt management, and retirement planning
These are just some of the many features that we believe will be beneficial to you and your family members. Simply go to www.HigherEdEAP.com and click on the Employee & Family Login to explore the many Higher Ed resources available to you. Make sure to check back frequently for new benefits. If you need help logging in or have any questions, call 800-252-4555 or 1-800-225-2527 and the EAP counselors will help you find the resources you need.
There is no limit to the number of times you can call for any number of issues. All information shared with an EAP counselor is HIPAA protected. Counselors answer the phone allowing you ‘in the moment’ care and the ability to begin to sort out your issues right away. The EAP is available 24/7 at 800-252-4555 or 800-225-2527.
